Globalstar Announces Executive Management Changes

MILPITAS, Calif., Feb. 12, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Globalstar, Inc.
(Nasdaq:GSAT), a leading provider of mobile satellite voice and data
services to businesses, government, and consumers, announced
restructuring changes to its executive management and employee staff
designed to flatten the firm's organizational structure, improve the
Company's decision-making efficiencies and reduce costs. Effective
immediately Steven Bell, Senior Vice President of North American and
European Sales Operations and Robert Miller, Senior Vice President of
Engineering and Ground Operations, plus a number of additional
employees, are no longer with Globalstar due to the restructuring.

we are consolidating our staff in order to better streamline our
organization and help us reach our financial goals," said Peter Dalton,
