represent MSI in Israel for over 6 months. The company, called Advance
Services, and its president, Yoav Levy has many years of experience in
telecommunications in that part of the world. They are located in
Netanya, Israel. There are 7.5 million cell phones in Israel and their
citizens travel to Europe and the U.S. a great deal. Customers calling
back to Israel from Eastern Europe can pay over $1.00 per minute and
now will pay less than $.02 per minute with MSI Connect.

Advance Services and MSI have an agreement for Advance Services to
launch the business for the sale and distribution of MSI products and
services in Israel.
