Officer and President, Doug Neugold, has accepted an invitation by
SEMI, the world's leading manufacturing supply chain organization for
companies serving the semiconductor, PV and related silicon industries,
to preside for a second consecutive year as Chairman of its
International Board of Directors.

Neugold has served on the SEMI Board for 12 years, including positions
on the Executive Committee, as Vice Chairman of the Board, and most
recently, as Chairman of the Board.
