music download service.

According to a recent Apple press release, its iTunes Music Store has
sold over 10 Billion Songs. "Clearly, downloading music legally is now

Media Corp. "The success of the iPhone, iPod, iTunes, and iPad and
similar devices has launched a new era of music distribution."

Musicians will soon be able to upload and offer licensed downloads of
their music to fans worldwide for a per-download fee of around .99
cents per song. The revenue will be split between the artist and
Agent155 Media Corp., with the musician to receive approximately 70%.

(IFPI), individuals in the U.S. and Europe legally downloaded more than
4 Billion tracks in 2010. IFPI estimates that digital music revenues
were $4.6 Billion in 2010.
