Commenting on the Company's mobile phone game portal, CEO Peter Liu
stated that, "our 28 million registered users now give us the critical
mass to activate E-Ge-Ge and begin executing our strategy to expand our
business beyond game development into game operations."

"Distributing our own games will allow us to capture 90% of our in-game
revenues by minimizing our reliance on independent distributors, who
can consume up to 70% of our game revenue from our end users,"
continued Liu.

"Not only will the portal allow us to greatly enhance our profit
margins on the games we develop, we built the new distribution platform
to provide full marketing, operational and customer support to third
party developers of massively multi-player online games in order to add
additional revenue streams to our company," said Liu.
