AppTech Corp. and Argentina-based LTI News, Inc. Team Up to
                        Kick Apps Worldwide

AppTech Corp. CEO, Eric Ottens, announces that the company has entered
into a strategic alliance with LTI News, Inc. (www.ltinews.com), a
strikingly innovative worldwide tech firm based in Buenos Aires,
Argentina. LTI specializes in research, development, production and
commercializing of animated elements, robotics and microelectronics.

LTI is expanding into smartphone application development and looks to
AppTech Corp. to distribute LTI's existing technologies and
applications in the United States, Canada and Mexico. AppTech and LTI
will work in concert to develop new applications with LTI's experienced
technical staff.

"AppTech is very pleased to have engaged in what we feel will be a
long-term, mutually beneficial relationship. LTI News, Inc. has been in
business since 2004, and are well-known by industry players for their
developments in surface computer platforms," states Ottens.

Surface platforms, the virtual touch technology, was most notably
introduced in Spielberg's futuristic sci-fi thriller, 'Minority
Report', but have become increasingly prevalent in today's cutting-edge
restaurants, nightclubs, hotels and casinos. LTI provides various tech
solutions and whole surface tables for a client base including the
world's hottest nightclubs from Manhattan to France and with the
industry's most respected premium liquor brands; but with numerous
applications serving various industries.

Ottens continues, "LTI's President and Chief Technology Officer,
Osvaldo Glatt, is revered among his contemporaries as a cutting edge
developer and we feel our synergies in moving forward together will
lead AppTech to progressive expansion and additional revenue streams
toward overall growth and profit. LTI is currently servicing access and
security products and conducting research on development of facial
recognition technology. We feel strongly that many of the things in
progress at LTI will translate well into the mobile technology markets
and AppTech considers this a big success in moving forward for both the
company and its shareholders."
