acquisition of the business and assets of C20 Mobile Pte. Ltd. and C20
Corporation Pte. Ltd. (together, "C20"). The acquisition was made by
Brightpoint Singapore Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Brightpoint, Inc. C20 is a distributor of smartphones, tablets, mobile
devices and accessories for leading manufacturers in Singapore. With
the acquisition of C20, Brightpoint further strengthens its position as
a leading wireless device distributor and supply chain solutions
provider in the Singapore market.
