HONG KONG, May 18, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Celestial Digital
Entertainment Ltd (CDE), a wholly own subsidiary of Zoom Technologies,
Inc. (Nasdaq:ZOOM), is pleased to announce that CDE and Lagali have
entered into a contract to co-develop games for mobile platforms that
target smartphones and tablets markets.

The first title is planned to be released in mid-July 2011 with 3 more
titles to follow by September 2011. These titles will be first
developed under Apple's iOS(TM) which will available to iPad(TM),
iPhone(TM) and iPod touch(TM); and with the advantage of CDE's cross
platform 2D/3D graphic game engine, these titles will then be ported
over to other mobile platforms such as Google's Android(TM) and
Microsoft's Windows Mobile 7(TM).
