ChinaCache Signs Multiple Service Agreements With China Mobile Subsidiaries
GlobeNewswire
2011-01-03

BEIJING, Jan. 3, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ChinaCache International
Holdings Ltd., ("ChinaCache" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:CCIH), the
leading provider of Internet content and application delivery services
in China, today announced that it has signed service agreements with
three provincial subsidiaries of China Mobile, including China Mobile
Guizhou, China Mobile Xinjiang and China Mobile Henan, as well as three
of China Mobile's municipal operators in the province of Jiangsu, China
Mobile Suzhou, China Mobile Nanjing and China Mobile Yancheng, for
content and application delivery services.

Under the terms of the agreements, ChinaCache will provide integrated
content and application delivery solutions including the company's
Content Bridging Services to these China Mobile subsidiaries with the
aim of significantly improving the user experience for China Mobile's
broadband mobile users

Mobile Internet continues to be one of the primary drivers of Internet
growth in China today. Total mobile users in China topped 842 million
in November 2010, while total number of mobile Internet users had
reached 276.8 million during the first half of 2010, according to China
Internet Network Information Center. The accelerated growth in the
mobile Internet sector will continue to create demand for content and
application delivery services.

"We are very excited about prospects of serving these China Mobile
subsidiaries. Our mobile solutions will enable millions of broadband
mobile users to enjoy much better user experience," commented Mr. Song
Wang, chief executive officer of ChinaCache. "We have made solid
progress in the mobile Internet vertical in the fourth quarter. The
addition of these China Mobile subsidiaries significantly expands our
business presence and further strengthens our market leadership in the
mobile Internet industry," Wang continued.

Traditional mobile communications in China has been largely confined to
voice, simple data communications such as transmission of pictures and
text messages including short and multi media messages. Today, rich
media Internet applications including music, gaming, social networking
and video are increasingly being adopted by mobile users today.
Combined with wider deployment of 3G services, demand in the mobile
sector for content and application delivery services is expected to
continue to see strong growth.
