DGMA LOI Converts to Agreement With Additional Opportunities

Degama Software Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DGMA) is pleased to
announce today that it has secured a contract with Absoluta
Imóveis (AI), the highly regarded Real Estate Brokerage firm in
Rio Grande de Norte, Northern Brazil. Degama entered into LOI with the
firm last month and has solidified an Agreement with AI which includes
real estate listings for several firms via smartphone technology.

"The success we're cultivating in Brazil is satisfying to say the
least," states Degama Software CEO Seijin Ki. "Brazil, both North and
South, is a very large market and one of the world's most progressive.
The real estate market is booming in Brazil and our goal with strategic
partnerships here is to pioneer a uniform/standardized means of
displaying real estate listings on a smartphone. We are assured that
the opportunity is here for the taking, which would position us well to
become a leading competitor for real estate smartphone app development
and geolocation integration."

Degama is currently in discussion with a number of real estate firms in
Brazil via its strategic alliance and is confident that it will secure
a good percentage of firms for contracts, creating a new 'must-have'
for real estate firms, both large and small, to effectively monetize
their business model and attract a reliable consumer base.

One such firm with which Degama has entered discussions is a large real
estate business in Sao Paulo. Degama anticipates an LOI with Agreement
to follow in the very near future.
