Ltd ("HKBN"), a wholly owned subsidiary of City Telecom (HK) Limited
(HKSE:1137) (Nasdaq:CTEL), announced the Final Call - Our 100Mbps
broadband service at US$13 (HK$99)/month will stop after 31 August
2010.

"Awesome Speed. For Everyone." campaign was launched in 1 November
2009, slashing by 50% our symmetric 100Mbps broadband price to
US$13/month (HK$99/month). The success of this campaign has exceeded
our expectations, accelerating our growth to a record of 73,000 net
additions for the six months to 28 Feb 2010, compared with 75,000 net
additions for twelve months to 31 Aug 2009.

Ms. June Lam, Associate Director, Marketing of HKBN, said, "We achieved
our goal to make ultra high speed broadband access the mass market norm
in Hong Kong. Now its time to move on, so this our Final Call. New
customers must have their 100Mbps service installed by 31 August 2010
if they want to get aboard at the promotional US$13/month (HK$99) price
