Inc. (OTCBB:GBSX) announced today the acquisition of PAVONE AG, a
leader in business process management and optimization technologies.
PAVONE's extensive workflow software for Lotus Notes and Domino along
with their large customer base is well suited to GBS Enterprises
portfolio strategy. This acquisition of PAVONE complements GBS's
majority ownership in Group Business Software (GBS), and further
strengthens their leading industry position on the IBM Lotus Platforms
and expands their cloud computing technology offerings beyond the IBM
Lotus market.
