ITC Infotech Partners with NewsPage to Launch Mobility Solutions

ITC Infotech, the IT services unit of ITC Ltd., has partnered with Singapore-based NewsPage to launch a suite of mobility solutions that addresses the various CRM, direct store delivery and route accounting processes, across the consumer goods and life sciences segments.
Today's challenging sales environment dictates the need for a comprehensive Sales Force Automation system that is robust and scalable. ITC Infotech has launched an end-to-end Field Sales Force Automation solution powered by NewsPage EXPRESS, an enterprise class mobility framework, which caters to the specific needs of this demanding sales scenario.
The solution manages and automates the activities of distributors, sales and trade marketing representatives, including inventory receipt, route planning, sales projection, pre-sales and van sales, amongst others.

ITC Infotech said its mobility solution is aimed at developing better customer relationship management and better management of the sales team, monitoring performance at all times and providing faster and up-to-date access to customer information. The technology framework underlying the solution works across a mix of field level devices ranging from laptops to handheld devices.
The solution is independent of the operating system on which the device is running. It also interfaces with back office enterprise CRM and ERP systems and has local language conversion.
