Kobian Launches 9.7-Inch Mercury mTab Rio Tablet in India

Kobian, a provider of computer peripherals and tablets, has launched the Mercury mTab Rio Tablet. With the latest IPS panel, the company promises a complete new experience for users.
The Mercury mTab Rio operates on the latest Android 4.0 platform to provide faster data access of all the applications. The tablet is designed to weigh 480 gm, which keeps it light and easy to handle. The 9.7" wide IPS display screen provides the user with a vivid and clear picture, a stable response time of liquid crystal, and its smart driving technology. The main advantage of IPS panel is it offers a consistent and accurate color from all viewing angles in contrast to the traditional LCD screens, which display partial true color. The IPS offers a quick and homogeneous response time and provides the optimal structure to process a large number of high speed signals without data loss.
Mercury mTab Rio is powered with 1.2 GHz multi-core processor, 1 GB DDR3 RAM, 8 GB internal storage memory and supports 32 GB extendable memory through MicroSD card. It shall be launched with options of 8 GB and 16 GB in built storage. The extended battery backup (6 to 8 hours) gives customer sufficient time to enjoy music, videos, access the Web, chat with friends and even play games.
The tablet is Wi-Fi enabled and supports Adobe Flash 11. The built-in 2.0 Megapixel camera and the 300k front camera allow one to not only capture the memorable moments, but also have a video chat. It also allows easy connectivity to 3G through USB interface and offers a high HDMI output.
