selected Authentidate's Electronic House Call(TM) (EHC) remote vital
signs monitoring solution to monitor patients with Congestive Heart
Failure (CHF) and other chronic diseases. Meadville Medical Center is
using the EHC solution as part of a chronic disease management program
that is the result of a collaboration with Highmark Blue Cross and Blue
Shield.
