Ratings of over 80 global wholesale providers were compiled to offer
wholesale providers an understanding of their market position on both
an operational and product standpoint. The award for Best-in-Class
Provisioning is based on survey respondents' answers to the following
question: 'For each carrier with which you work, please rate
provisioning based on your assessment of their ability to meet
contracted date of installation.'
