announced today that Rebel Networks is in late stage development of a
completely revolutionary suite of cloud based software products
targeting the small business market.

web hosting, advanced email systems, internal portal, with a telephony
system, which can allow customer to self-administer their services of
hosting, email, CRM, portal solutions such as HR forms, legal forms,
all from a web application -- all the information including the

The front end is a secure web portal that customers can self-control

      standard forms for legal, HR, sales documents, etc. -- they will have
      the ability to add and remove forms and track form revisions.

      system, as well as set up voicemail extensions, deliver phone messages
      to email inboxes, etc.




In summary our Cloud Based Business Cloud Box is: A voicemail PBX
system to handle voicemails, call routing, a proper Customer
Relationship management solution and a wiki that helps with the sales
process to close the sale and guide them through the sale as well as a
wiki for HR with standard HR documents and processes (typically not
available for small business). The system will also host emails and
email accounts, the company's website and files. The system will have
an online accounting system plug-in (QuickBooks) to allow full
accounting
