announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding regarding a
mutually exclusive distribution agreement to be entered into with
ViaMedia Proprietary Limited, a leading South African digital marketing
and wireless service provider, for the distribution of Roomlinx
Interactive HD TV (iTV) to hotels and resorts within select nations
throughout Africa and the Middle East. ViaMedia has already identified
a number of potential opportunities in certain African and Middle
Eastern countries.

private free-to-air TV station which launched in 1998 and now provides
