Acquisition Strengthens SS&C's BANC Mall, PortPro Mall &
               SKYLINE Property Management Platforms

WINDSOR, Conn., Dec. 27, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SS&C Technologies
Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of financial services
software and software-enabled services, today announced it has
completed the acquisition of the background search and credit retrieval
software-as-a-service suite and associated customers from Teledata
Communications, Inc. (TCI).

Companies throughout the U.S. rely on TCI's software products for
automating the process of conducting background checks, employment
screenings, tenant screenings and more. The acquisition adds more than
1,400 customers to SS&C's client base, with firms ranging from
financial institutions to real-estate property management companies.
TCI retains ownership of its loan origination suite of software
products, DecisionLender.
