New Name Reflects Focus on Integration-as-a-Service Platform
                   to Service Provider Customers

AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 17, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- StarView Solutions(R),
an industry leading provider of wholesale telecom services, today
announced that it will operate under the name Shango(R) and unveil its
new company identity at www.shango.com.

The company will continue to offer its full suite of next-generation
wholesale telecom services, yet the new name reflects increased focus
on its market leading Integration-as-a-Service Platform, a web-based
platform that standardizes the way telecom operators access, manage and
deploy their legacy services and ever-expanding number of 3rd party
technologies.

"Executing on our initial mission to deliver low-cost, high-scale telco
services required development of a state-of-the-art service management
platform. We did so with a vision towards standards-based user
interface in an industry that has lacked standards. We quickly saw how
valuable the feature set was to our customers in managing our services
as well as those being provisioned to them by others," said David
Walsh, CEO and founder of Shango. "It became clear the market was
asking for an open platform that would enable service providers of all
shapes and sizes to automate and standardize processes related to
managing legacy and next generation services for their customers. We
firmly believe that in Shango, we have delivered this solution."

Shango's Integration-as-a-Service Platform offers a translational API
to simplify the low-level integration of disparate applications,
customize services to stay on top of the industry's changing landscape,
and to quickly onboard new wholesale telco services and/or hosted
applications.

Evin Hunt, VP of Technology adds, "Managing legacy and next-generation
services does not have to be complex. Our goal is to empower our
customers with leading technologies," said Evin Hunt, VP of Technology
at Shango. "The new Shango platform, with its flexible design for
growth, does just that."
