Hong Kong, June 11, 2012 - ( ACN Newswire ) - Telefield International (Holdings) Limited ("Telefield", or the "Group"; HKSE: 1143), a Hong Kong-based Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) manufacturer with growing distribution businesses, announced that its non-wholly-owned subsidiary, G.A.E.M.S., Inc ("GAEMS"), has signed a Hardware License Agreement (the "Agreement") with Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft").

According to the Agreement, the Group's GAEMS Sentry and Vanguard Personal Gaming Environments (PGE(TM)) for mobile gaming with Xbox 360(R) consoles is officially certified for use with the Xbox 360(R) video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. These GAEMS product lines will be available for purchase within designated Xbox 360(R) accessory locations at North American retail outlets such as Best Buy, GameStop and Microsoft Stores as well as additional retailers in Europe and even the Middle East.

The Group acquired a 51% equity interest in GAEMS, an electronic gaming accessories company in the US, in November 2011. It is currently developing an updated version of the product and will unveil other accessories enabling users to take their PGE(TM) anywhere. The current GAEMS accessory lineup already includes licensed skins, remote controls and custom badges.
