Trifork A/S Today Signed a Term Sheet With UK-Based Erlang
    Solutions Limited to Take a Controlling Interest in Erlang
               Solutions for Cash and Trifork Shares

ARHUS, Denmark, June 10, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Erlang Solutions is
the only company providing global support for Erlang/OTP, an open
source technology from Ericsson AB. Erlang/OTP is a key foundation
technology for many companies including: Basho, VMware, Ericsson,
Facebook, Nokia, Motorola, Amazon.com, and the Swedish bank Klarna.
Erlang Solutions has several interesting products in the pipeline, and
made a total 2010-revenue of DKKm 24 and an EBIT-result a little over
DKKm 3. The company now has over 50 employees in UK, Sweden and Poland.

With the partnership Trifork and Erlang Solutions will both expand
their international footprint, and leverage synergies in delivering
global products and services, and the companies will be jointly
represented in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Zürich, London, Stockholm and
Krakow.

Through the acquisition Trifork and Erlang Solutions will be able to
deliver end to end solutions in telecommunications, messaging, payment
systems and process control.
