GlobeNewswire
2012-01-24

Four Litigating Divisions of DOJ Join the Executive Office
for U.S. Attorneys, Criminal, and Environmental and Natural
Resources Divisions in Licensing Relativity for e-Discovery
                              Review

CHICAGO and WASHINGTON, Jan. 24, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- kCura, the
developers of Relativity--the web-based e-discovery software for
reviewing, analyzing, and producing electronic documents during
litigation and investigations--announced today with TechLaw Solutions
that the Antitrust (ATR), Civil (CIV), Civil Rights (CRT), and Tax
(TAX) divisions of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) have all
purchased a license of Relativity, joining three other litigating DOJ
divisions that have already licensed the e-discovery platform.

Relativity provides image and native file review, integrated
productions, and the ability for users to create custom applications
within the software to manage all types of data associated with a
project. Additionally, Relativity's computer-assisted review workflow
magnifies the efforts of review teams by allowing them to train
Relativity based on their expertise. Relativity Assisted Review makes
use of Relativity's text analytics engine and statistical sampling
methodology to validate the quality of the document decisions being
made.

Other Relativity advantages include:

-- Ease of Use - Attorneys are able to be trained and productive in
Relativity in as little as 20 minutes.
-- Scalability - Relativity handles some of the industry's largest cases.
-- Flexibility - Relativity provides flexible and automated workflow
capabilities to suit the specific needs of an attorney or review team.

"We are proud to be selected by the DOJ for their e-discovery needs,"
said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. "We saw a big increase
in the use of Relativity by the government last year, and we believe
that adoption will continue to grow this year. We've put more feet on
the ground in D.C. to better support our government users, and we want
to make sure they are really successful with our software."

The DOJ's Relativity license was purchased through TechLaw Solutions, a
leader in litigation support and e-discovery management. TechLaw
Solutions manages a GSA contract for government purchase of Relativity.
