WQN Signs Letter of Intent With GP-Imports to Distribute Child Safe Mobile Games
GlobeNewswire
2011-12-19

WQNI Has Signed a Letter of Intent With GP-Imports to Market
and Distribute the Company's Mobile Game Catalog With WQNI's
                         Child Safe Rating

ADDISON, Texas, Dec. 19, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WQN, Inc.
(OTCPK:WQNI.PK) today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent
with GP-Imports (http://www.gp-imports.com) to Market and Distribute
the company's mobile game catalog through WQNI's retail distribution
outlets. The Letter of Intent outlines a marketing and distribution
agreement under which GP-Imports will grant WQNI an exclusive license
to market and distribute the Company's mobile game catalog.

WQNI is a group of experienced entrepreneurs with expertise in
marketing and distribution of digital products. WQNI will introduce the
GP-Imports mobile games to consumers with a WQNI Child Safe Rating
through the company's Mobile App Center in designated retail outlets.

"We are excited about adding Child Safe mobile games to our
distribution channel that already consists of our
No-Texting-while-Driving, and other Parental Control applications,"
said Michael Adler, Chief Executive Officer of WQNI.

Parents are worried about the risk of mobile games especially, when
kids install mobile games from less-than-reputable sources or through
links from text messages, they might also be getting offensive content,
spam or malicious software. The combination of GP-Imports and
CellSafety's parental control software adds an additional layer of
protection and helps prevent these kinds of problems.

WQNI describes and rates all mobile games distributed through the
company's Mobile App Centers.

"I believe WQNI's Child Safe Rating and retail distribution model makes
tremendous sense," said Paul Jaimovich, CEO of GP-Imports. "We are
pleased to be working with a company with a vision for child safety,"
continued Mr. Jaimovich.
