j2 Global Acquires UK Voice Provider, Alban Telecom Limited

LOS ANGELES, July 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- j2 Global
Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:JCOM), the provider of outsourced,
value-added messaging and communication services, today announced that
it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Alban Telecom
Limited, a UK enhanced voice services provider. For more information on

expands j2 Global's voice service customer base in the UK.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, although the financial
impact to j2 Global is not expected to be material.
