participate in two upcoming Citi conferences.



On November 18, Global Crossing's Chief Financial Officer, John Kritzmacher,
will participate in Citi's North American Credit Conference. His presentation on
the company's strategy and financial performance will begin at 1:45 p.m. EST.
The following day, November 19, Kritzmacher will take part in Citi's Sixth
Annual Small/Mid Cap Conference. That presentation will begin at noon EST. Both
