THE ET-UW100 NOW OFFERED WITH MAC OS X® COMPATIBILITY, MULTI LIVE MODE AND FASTER TRANSMISSION SPEED
BRACKNELL, UK, 16 AUGUST 2012
Panasonic Systems Communications Company Europe (PSCEU), today announced a new version of its Easy Wireless Stick, ET-UW100, optional USB device for wireless projection to wireless-ready Panasonic projectors and professional displays. The ET-UW100 has been designed with quick and simple usage in mind, enabling quick wireless connection from your computer to the projector/display without any software downloads. Supporting both Windows® and Mac OS® users, the Easy Wireless Stick enables secure peer-to-peer wireless connection to the projector.
With increasing demand for wireless connectivity, the updated ET-UW100 now offers compatibility with Windows and Mac OS® X and Multi Live function support, which enables up to 16 computers to wirelessly project to a single wireless projector or professional display. The update also includes faster wireless transmission speeds, up to six times faster* than the previous version. Since the Easy Wireless Stick uses its own standalone network, you can also simultaneously surf the web while wirelessly projecting the image.
Panasonic now supports wireless projection from a wide variety of devices. The combination of Panasonic Wireless Projector for iOS, which enables wireless projection from iOS devices, and Wireless Manager ME, which allows more flexible wireless projection from Windows® and Mac OS® computers, alongside the updated ET-UW100 makes wireless projection to Panasonic projectors and professional displays even more simple.
*Environment greatly affects the wireless transmission speed.
