Ramco Systems Deploys Salesforce SFA to Optimize Sales Processes

Salesforce.com, the provider of on-demand business services, announced that Ramco Systems, a provider of agile enterprise software and services, has deployed Salesforce SFA (sales force automation) in less than six weeks to improve lead management and sales effectiveness.

Ramco is one of the 32,300 companies of all sizes, industries and geographies that comprised the salesforce.com customer base as of April 30, 2007. Revenue and subscribers will be recognized as the service is delivered.
