Ericsson Acquires Minority Stake in Novatium Solutions

Novatium Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a provider of rich computing services, announced that Ericsson India has acquired a minority stake in the company. Novatium said that with this investment it gains valuable global market reach and deep rooted telecom infrastructure and operator relationships worldwide expertise.
Ericsson said this investment in Novatium’s further strengthens its leadership position and commitment in India and beyond. It also brings the company a step closer to its vision to be the prime driver in an all-communicating world and its mission to empower people, business and societies.
