Popular Remote Release App Now Allows Photographers to
Control New Nikon DSLRs With Their iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad

allows photographers to remotely fire and control Nikon's new
D800/D800E and D4 digital SLR cameras from their iPhone, iPod touch or

DSLR Camera Remote v1.4.3 is a free update to owners of DSLR Camera
Remote Free, Professional and HD versions. This update requires both
the iOS app and the desktop server application be updated. The iOS app
can be updated using the check for updates feature on your iOS device.
The updated server may be acquired by clicking on the Download Server

DSLR Camera Remote Professional Edition 1.4.3 for the iPhone and iPod
touch is available for $19.99 and DSLR Camera Remote HD 1.4.3 for iPad
is available for $49.99. Both may be purchased immediately from the

DSLR Camera Remote Free is a free version offering the ability to fire
or release the shutter of the camera, for those who wish try the app
before purchasing.
After purchasing any of the editions from the iTunes App Store, users
will need to download a free server application that runs on their
supported Mac or Windows computer. This free server application is
required to communicate between the iOS device and the supported Canon
or Nikon DSLR camera, connected via USB or Firewire to a WiFi enabled
computer.
