Moving to a larger facility in New Delhi, ClickSoftware continues to ramp up sales, technical and support positions in order to handle the increased demand in the face of a rapidly growing economy.

Field service organizations must increase productivity and job completion rates, whilst also delivering exceptional client services."

"In fact, as the market becomes more mature and pricing stabilizes, customer service will become a significant competitive differentiator," added Geismar.

With more than 200 customers from across the world, ClickSoftware's clients include multi-national corporations, large and medium Indian organizations that employs a significant number of field technicians, mobile workers and shift employees in industries such as telecommunications, oil and gas, utilities, public safety, retail, computer and office equipment and home services.

ClickSoftware said that as pioneers of the "Service chain optimization" concept, the company provides organizations with end-to-end visibility and control of the entire service management chain by optimizing forecasting, planning, shift and task scheduling, mobility and real-time management of resources and customer communication.
